General Aluminum offers our customers full machining and assembly options that provide value, add options that may reduce waste, and/or added logistic cost. 

Machining Equipment

General Aluminum has several Horizontal and Vertical CNC machines with 4 and 5 axes machining capability. Machining equipment used are Makino, MAZAK, Mori Seiki, HAAS, OKUMA, Fanuc and more.

General Aluminum works closely with our customers and fixture builders to ensure quality while maximizing efficiency. Fixtures are designed with minimum operator loading for multi-operations.

Assembly & Gauging

General Aluminum provides value add assembly operation by installing fasteners, bushings, sleeves, and ball joints ready for the OEM assembly lines or modular suppliers’ assembly lines.

General Aluminum maintains and ensures tight tolerances are met with several types of inline gauges and Pokey-Yoke gauges that ensure customer satisfaction.
